Villa 2 has two bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom
and walk-in robe.

total living area, including verandahs, is 300 square metres.

kitchen, dining and living areas all face stunning uninterrupted
views to the east through a
continuous wall of glass which wraps around on both the northern
and southern sides. All these
rooms look out over Wakki Beach and the ocean.

The
dining and living areas open onto a large spacious tiled verandah,
which returns around the
north east corner of the villa. It is fully covered to maximise
its use in all weather. Spectacular 270
degree beach, headland, ocean and mountain views are to be enjoyed
from the timber outdoor furniture
settings on the verandahs. |

The
living area also opens out onto the headland reserve to the
south. This gives you access to your ‘own’ backyard
of heathland grasses that stretch out over the headland.
The
gourmet kitchen has all you would wish for & much more.
It is appointed with state of the art appliances including
dishwasher, microwave, touch pad hot plates and double oven.
The two door fridge has a door mounted water/ice dispenser.
The kitchen opens out to the dining area and the view. The
granite bench tops and glass splash backs enhance the appeal. |
The large living room has stunning views on
three sides which can be enjoyed whilst relaxing in the
very comfortable leather lounge suite. |

The
villa has a separate audio visual room with a plasma screen
TV and surround sound. It will play DVDs, DVDRs, CDs, CDRs
and MP3 discs. Pay TV is available with additional movies
and world movies provided. This can all be enjoyed whilst
relaxing in another very comfortable leather lounge suite.
The
bedrooms are located either side of a wide hallway that
opens out to the view. Each bedroom
has ocean and beach views which can also be enjoyed from
their own verandahs. |

The
bedrooms are large (5.5m x 4.3m), each accommodating a queen
size bed, with lounge chairs and side table, the perfect
place for relaxing. Both bedrooms have a 68cm TV and audio
system and each has a large walk-in robe.
Both spacious bathrooms have a spa bath,
double shower, double vanity and separate toilet. They
each have a heated towel rail. Bathroom 1 has a built in
laundry, with front loading washing machine,
drier and laundry sink. |

The
villa has its own barbeque facility.
Under floor heating is provided in both bathrooms, the kitchen
and dining areas, for added comfort
in winter.
